The renovation continues. All I have to say is sheet rock makes a great big mess! 🙂 But we are moving forward.
A few pictures:
The living room… we combined a front foyer, the existing living room and the dining room to create a 19×24 ft living space. Scraped the painted popcorn ceiling down, and added recessed and track lighting.
The craft room and laundry room… we removed the brown 70’s paneling and torn down the old tile ceiling.
The kitchen… we removed the soffit overhang above the cabinets and removed the popcorn ceiling. And removed the mega-sized vent hood over the island.
And special friends who came to see the progress! Love and miss our Hoover friends!
Since the entire house is covered in sheet rock dust, except for the bedrooms, we are cooking and living in the bedroom. It reminds me of camping. Which is fun for a little while. You know what I mean? So instead of going crazy, I’m Going Gentry!
